Challenge Course

Our challenge course provides a guided method of self-discovery in developing problem solving and team building skills.

Sawtooth Camp has a Low Ropes Challenge Course, which is best described as real and imaginary ground-based obstacles. Some of the elements involve cables and ropes strung 12 -18 inches above the ground. The ideal group size is 8-15 participants. Some of the elements have age restrictions. Success on the course is best achieved when all participants in a group have contributed to the solution.

Trained facilitators guide the group in a safe, respectful environment to enhance group characteristics such as trust, communication, compassion, problem solving and leadership. Debriefing sessions are a critical part of the process. They are designed to inspire participants to apply the learning to themselves, other relationships, and to life.
