Ready, Set, Go, to Camp!

Ready for camp? Here’s a few things to check out:

  • Youth Health Form or Adult Health Form: Download, complete and sign a health form for each camper. If you are taking the bus to camp, please be sure to bring a copy of your health form for that portion of the journey. Mail completed original heath forms (after May 1st, but 2 weeks before camp starts) to Sawtooth's summer time mailing address:

Sawtooth Camp * PO Box 68 * Fairfield, ID 83327
